Welcome to the AR-Pay Invite a Friend Program! By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Coupon Code Terms

  • Each issued coupon code can only be used once.
  • All referral coupon codes are valid for 6 months from the issue date.

1. Eligibility

  • The program is open to verified AR-Pay account holders only.
  • You must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to use AR-Pay services in your jurisdiction.
  • Referrals are valid only for first-time users who sign up using your unique referral link and complete the required steps.

2. Referral and Reward Conditions

  • A referral is successful when the new user:
    • Registers through the referral link.
    • Verifies their account (email and phone required).
    • Completes a qualifying purchase of at least $20 within 15 days of sign-up.
  • Once the referral is verified, the referrer will receive the applicable commission, as outlined on the Invite Friends page.
  • Commissions are not granted instantly; they are issued after the referee’s transaction has cleared (minimum 7 days from the transaction need to pass). 
  • Refunds do not count as successful transactions. 

3. Limits and Restrictions

  • Each user may refer up to 10 friends per calendar month.
  • Referrals from the same device, IP address are not eligible.
  • Users may not refer to themselves or create multiple accounts to gain rewards.
  • Use of VPNs, proxies, bots, temporary/disposable emails, or other methods to simulate real users will result in disqualification.

4. Fraud and Abuse

AR-Pay strictly monitors for fraud. Any attempt to:

  • Create fake or duplicate accounts
  • Abuse referral rules
  • Engage in return/chargeback or fraudulent transactions
  • Promote links in unauthorized ways

...may result in:

  • Cancellation of pending or issued rewards
  • Suspension or termination of your AR-Pay account
  • Legal action in cases of severe or repeated abuse
