How to redeem

Offline – at a Brand’s physical venue

1. Present the Gift Card code at the cashier Jo Spa
2. Cashier scans the Gift Card code as a payment against the purchase of goods or services (any difference in gift card amount vs bill amount to be paid by other mode of payment)
3. The Gift Card type is One Time-Use card, Customer can use the Gift Card for a single purchase
4. Present the Gift Card code at the cashier to inquire about the balance or to check the validity

Terms and Conditions

This Jo Spa Card Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the customer and Jo Spa (“we” or “us”) and outlines the conditions that apply to all Jo Spa Gift Cards. By purchasing, loading, or using a Jo Spa Gift Card, the cardholder accepts these terms:

1. Usage Limits
   • Gift Cards are valid for purchasing eligible goods and services only at Jo Spa or its affiliated properties.
   • Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for more than their face value, transferred for value, exchanged for cash, refunded, used beyond their expiration date, or used outside Jo Spa.
2. Expiration
   • All Jo Spa Gift Cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
   • These are One-Time Use cards, and any unused balance after the first redemption is discarded.
3. Payment Responsibility
   • If the purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid through another accepted payment method.
4. Risk and Responsibility
   • The risk of loss and ownership passes to the purchaser upon electronic delivery of the gift card or when handed to a delivery carrier.
   • Jo Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards, or unauthorized use of a gift card balance.
   • Gift cards must be purchased directly from Jo Spa or an authorized third party.
   • It is the cardholder’s responsibility to protect the card and balance from unauthorized use.
5. Fraud and Liability
   • Jo Spa bears no liability for any fraud, scams, or unauthorized activities involving gift cards.
   • Be aware of scams requesting payment through gift cards.
