General Information

All prepaid cards, coupons, e-vouchers, game codes, CD keys, and other digital content sold through AR-Pay are non-refundable and non-returnable after delivery. This is because the nature of digital goods makes it impossible to verify whether the product has already been used. Each item is considered delivered and consumed upon digital issuance.

Cancellation Before Delivery

You may request to cancel your order only before the product is delivered. To cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order through:

Please include your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation. Cancellation is only possible if the product has not yet been delivered.

Refund Conditions

• Refunds are only possible before delivery, not after.
• If a product is defective or invalid, please contact support immediately. We will review your case and replace or refund as appropriate.
• Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Waiver of Withdrawal

By completing a purchase, you expressly agree to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 13 of the E-Commerce Law of Saudi Arabia.
