We are an authorized reseller of official prepaid digital products and vouchers. We do not develop the content. You may also be subject to the terms and conditions of the original content provider.

5. Ordering and Payment

  • You must provide true and correct personal information for payment and delivery.
  • You may only use payment cards that are in your name.
  • All prices include VAT in accordance with Saudi tax regulations where applicable.
  • Upon order placement, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order at our discretion.

6. Supply of Products

Products are delivered electronically to your registered email or Account once payment is confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on the payment method.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • All Products are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered, as they are digital goods that may be used immediately.
  • By purchasing, you expressly agree to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 13 of the Saudi E-Commerce Law.
  • You may cancel your order before delivery by contacting us promptly through our contact channels.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use our Website and Services legally and ethically.
  • Not misuse, resell, or reproduce our Products or Services.
  • Keep your Account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your Account.
  • Comply with all applicable Saudi laws, including the Anti-Cybercrime Law.
