• The du UAE Gift Card is officially issued by Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company PJSC, known as ‘du’. 
• All transactions and agreements are governed by the laws of the UAE and specifically the Emirate of Dubai. 
• Products purchased through du’s website are intended for private use only and may not be resold. 
• The vouchers are not explicitly described as transferable. If a voucher is gifted, the manufacturer’s warranty benefit may be transferred, but not the voucher itself unless du approves it in writing. 
• Faulty products must be reported within seven days, and standard manufacturer warranties apply. 
• Du collects and manages customer data in accordance with UAE law, sharing information with relevant third parties for legal, fraud prevention, or business purposes when applicable.

• Vouchers must be used before the "claim-by" date printed on the code. Once added, prepaid credit typically never expires, provided the SIM remains active. 
• This eGift Card is only valid for a one-time purchase to the full value unless otherwise specified. 
• Expired eGift Cards cannot be extended, exchanged, or refunded. Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant.
