By using a Google Play Card, you agree to the Google Play Gift Card Terms of Service. Some of the key points are:

1. Eligibility and Redemption. Gift Cards are for Canadian users 13+ with Google Payments. Redeem online for eligible products on Google Play. GAZ issues and transfers balance to GPC. Unused balance stays in account.
2. Limitations. Gift Card is for Google Play items only. Some items and subscriptions are excluded. No cash, refund, reload, or resale. Use another gift card or card if the balance is low. Buyer assumes risk and no warranty. Terms may change.
3. No Fees or Expiration. No fees or expiration dates apply to this Gift Card. Any refunded Google Play amounts, if applicable, will be credited back to your Google Play balance for future use under the same terms, unless otherwise required by law.
4. Fraud. GAZ and GPC are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. GAZ and GPC will have the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on Google Play.
5. Online Assistance. To view your Google Play balance, visit https://play.google.com/store/account. For online assistance with a Gift Card or Credit issue, please visit https://support.google.com/googleplay/go/cardhelp.
6. Limitation of Liability. GAZ and GPC give no warranty on Gift Cards. If it doesn’t work, they will replace it if allowed by law. Some disclaimers may not apply in some places.
7. General Terms. These terms incorporate and are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Use of the services described herein is further subject to the terms of service for Google Payments, and the Google Privacy Policy. When you purchase, receive or redeem a Google Play Gift Card, you agree that the laws of Canada apply, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, and that such laws will govern these Gift Card terms and conditions.
