How to Redeem Hydro Water Sports cards

1. Redeem the gift card offline at Hydro Water Sports, JBR, Dubai. 
2. Book in advance by emailing info@hydro-watersports.com
3. Arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time and present the gift card code at the cashier.
4. The cashier will scan the code to apply its value toward your purchase, and any remaining balance must be paid using another method.
5. One-time use only – valid for a single transaction.
6. To check the balance or validity, present the card code at the cashier.
7. Participants must be 12+ years old, and those ages 12–16 require a guardian’s signed liability release form.
8. Failure to follow safety instructions may result in session cancellation.
9. Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather conditions.
10. VAT is not included and must be paid at the venue.
