How to Redeem

To activate your eSIM code, make sure you are signed in to your account.

If you’re using the Airalo app or mobile website:

1. Go to Profile > Airmoney & Membership
2. Tap Redeem Voucher
3. Enter your voucher code
4. Tap Redeem

If you’re using the Airalo website on desktop: 

1. Click your profile name in the top navigation bar
2. Select Airmoney & Membership
3. Click Redeem Voucher
4. Enter your voucher code
5. Click Redeem

After completing these steps, you’ll see a confirmation message showing that your eSIM voucher has been successfully redeemed. You can now start using your digital SIM.

Terms and Conditions

• Validity: Gift cards and Airmoney generally expire 12 months from purchase. eSIM data validity starts only after activation (e.g., 7 or 30 days). 
• Redemption: Redeemable only on the Airalo app or website by entering the code at checkout or in the Airmoney wallet. 
• Refunds: Gift cards are non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash. eSIM refunds are returned as Airmoney, not cash. 
• Device Requirements: An unlocked, eSIM-compatible device is required. 
• Transferability: Once redeemed, Airmoney is locked to the user’s account and cannot be transferred. 
• Expiration Policy: Some gift cards may have specific expiry dates. From Feb 1, 2025, Airmoney balances may expire and cannot be extended or refunded. 
• Usage Restrictions: Gift cards and Airmoney cannot be redeemed for cash or used outside Airalo services. 
• Data & Privacy: Airalo collects user data for service delivery and fraud prevention and complies with GDPR standards. 
• Liability: Airalo is not responsible for lost codes, unauthorized use, or indirect damages. 
• KYC:No KYC verification is required.
