How to Redeem Your Gift Card

Redeeming your Carrefour gift card is simple. You can use it in-store or add it to your Carrefour App Wallet for future use. 

In Carrefour Physical Stores: 

1.  Shop for your desired products at any Carrefour or Carrefour Market in the UAE.

2.  Proceed to the checkout counter.

3.  Present your digital gift card code to the cashier.

4.  The purchase amount will be deducted from your card's balance. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases.

Using the Carrefour UAE App (Wallet): 

1.  Download and log in to the MAF Carrefour app.

2.  Navigate to the Carrefour Wallet feature.

3.  Add the gift card to your wallet using the provided code.

4.  The card's value will be transferred to your wallet balance, which you can then use within the Carrefour application.

 Important Note: Once a gift card is added to the Carrefour Wallet, its value is transferred to the wallet, and the original gift card code can no longer be used. The balance can then only be used through the Carrefour application.
