How to Redeem Your Razer Gold PIN

Redeeming your Razer Gold PIN is a simple and straightforward process, ensuring you can quickly access your virtual currency and get back to your gaming or entertainment. Follow these steps to successfully top up your Razer Gold account:

1. Log in to Razer Gold: Visit the official Razer Gold website at https://gold.razer.com.
2. Access Your Account: Log in using your registered Razer email and password. If you don't have an account, you'll need to create one.
3. Initiate Reload: In the top menu, click on 'Gold', then select 'Reload Now'. Choose 'Razer Gold PIN' as your reload method.
4. Enter PIN: Carefully enter the card code (PIN) that you received after your purchase, then click 'NEXT'.
5. Verify Transaction: You may be prompted to enter a verification code sent to your phone. Enter the code and press 'Confirm'. If you haven't set up Two-Factor Authentication (TFA) previously, you can do so by pressing 'Set Up TFA'.

• Governing Law & Jurisdiction: Governed by the laws of Singapore, with disputes resolved via SIAC arbitration in Singapore, unless local laws override.
• Validity / Expiry: PINs are valid for 1 year from purchase. Bonus Gold expires 1 month after the award month. Razer Silver expires 12 months after the award month. Inactivity fees apply after 1 year of inactivity. All unused credits and Silver are immediately forfeited upon account termination.
• Redemption Scope: Redeemable only for approved goods/services within Razer's closed merchant network. PINs are converted to Razer Gold and applied to your account upon redemption.
• Refunds / Cancellation / Exchange: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless legally required. Razer Gold and Silver cannot be cashed out. Replacement is possible only if the PIN is defective and unused.
• Transferability: Not transferable, resellable, or reloadable. Real-world trading or resale is prohibited. Accounts are non-transferable and user-bound.
• Usage Restrictions: Users must be of legal age or have legal guardian consent and reside in a region where Razer Gold is officially available. Restricted from use involving sanctioned countries or individuals, anonymizing proxies or VPNs to bypass geo-restrictions, fraud, impersonation, harassment, IP infringement, hacking, automated bots, or causing harm to Razer's systems or reputation.
• Privacy & Data Use: Razer's Privacy Policy is incorporated. Personal data may be collected for AML and service improvements, and may be shared with merchants and payment processors. Verification may be requested. User consents to Razer's data processing practices.
• Liability for Lost/Stolen PINs: Razer is not liable for lost/stolen/destroyed PINs or compromised account access. If a non-redeemed PIN is reported lost, it may be blocked and refunded. If the balance was already used, no compensation is offered.
• Regional Restrictions: Razer Gold is only available in approved jurisdictions and not usable in sanctioned countries. Bypassing geo-restrictions via VPN or proxies is a violation. Account limits vary by location and are enforced via "Location Specific Terms".
• Customer Support: Support is available via gold-support@razer.com or the Ticket Inbox on the Razer Gold dashboard. Fraud or lost PIN issues should be immediately reported to Customer Care.
• Disclaimers & Risk Clauses: Services are provided "as-is" with no warranties. Razer disclaims responsibility for third-party merchants, banking roles, or interest on balances. Razer may suspend accounts and forfeit balances for ToS breaches. Aggregate liability capped at the unspent balance. Not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Users must indemnify Razer for damages caused by their misuse. Legal claims must be made within 1 year. Razer has set-off rights over any sums owed. The English version of the terms prevails over translations.
