• This eGift Card is valid for a one-time purchase only and is designed for a single, complete redemption. You cannot use a portion of the card's value and save the rest for later.
• The balance is valid for 90 days from the date of recharging the balance. Further paid activity will extend the validity.
• This card is available for use within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) only and cannot be used in other countries.
• STC Pay, the official issuer, offers Virtual Payment Cards linked to user wallet accounts, usable across online and third-party platforms within KSA.
• Cards are valid for five years from issuance and are governed by Saudi law, with Riyadh courts having jurisdiction over disputes.
• Refunds and cancellations are allowed under limited conditions. Users can cancel a card within 10 days without charge unless already activated.
• Refunds depend on the merchant issuing a valid credit voucher. STC Pay may reverse previously granted cashback.
• Cards are strictly non-transferable, licensed for personal use only, and cannot be shared, sold, or sublicensed.
• Usage is restricted to lawful purposes, within available wallet balance limits, and must comply with KSA laws.
• Safeguarding the card and PIN is the sole responsibility of the user, who must immediately report any unauthorized access.
• STC Pay disclaims responsibility for how third-party platforms handle user data.
• Liability for unauthorized use is capped at the lesser of the available balance or the transaction amount if reported promptly.
• STC Pay assumes no liability for losses due to user negligence or technical failure unless caused by its own fault.
• Services are intended primarily for use in Saudi Arabia. International use may incur additional fees.
• STC Pay provides customer support via its designated channels but refers most service actions to a specific section of the full agreement.
• STC Pay is not liable for merchant behavior, third-party platform issues, or user failure to monitor obligations.
• STC Pay reserves the right to freeze accounts for non-payment and adjust cashback terms without prior consent.
• Recharged balance is valid for 90 days from recharge, extended by further paid activity. Without activity, the credit expires. SIM may be deactivated after 360 days of inactivity.
• STC recharge gift cards are non-refundable and non-replaceable if lost or stolen.
