• Refunds depend on the merchant issuing a valid credit voucher. STC Pay may reverse previously granted cashback.
• Cards are strictly non-transferable, licensed for personal use only, and cannot be shared, sold, or sublicensed.
• Usage is restricted to lawful purposes, within available wallet balance limits, and must comply with KSA laws.
• Safeguarding the card and PIN is the sole responsibility of the user, who must immediately report any unauthorized access.

• Recharged balance is valid for 90 days from recharge, extended by further paid activity. Without activity, credit expires. SIM may be deactivated after 360 days of inactivity.
• STC recharge gift cards are non-refundable and non-replaceable if lost or stolen.
